The FASIS Board of Directors holds its meetings on a quarterly basis and at an annual strategic planning session.  As a result of this, and in compliance with the Brown Act, agendas are generated for which the Board conducts its business, and minutes are transcribed to report the actions taken at the respective Board meetings.
